USGenWeb Free Census Project Help, Various sources of the census records - Commercial Sources
This is a list of places known to the USGenWeb Free Census Project volunteers where microfilms, CDs and photocopies of the Census can be obtained. No endorsements for the following companies are implied, and there may be other companies who offer the same products.
ALLCENSUS They offer you US Federal Census Records from 1790 to 1920. You may purchase them for the particular Year, State, and County or City you need. The records will be sent as images of the original pages of the census scanned from US Government microfilm and stored on a CD-ROM that you can view on your computer. Several imaging programs are included on the CDs so that you can work with the images in whatever way you like.
ANCESTRY.COM CENSUS IMAGES COLLECTION This is a subscription (by the month) service for access to their census online images.

HERITAGE QUEST formerly AGLL, rents and sells microfilm. Purchase price is reduced for Heritage Quest members, rentals are available only to members.
SK PUBLICATIONS publishes books of prints of the original census schedules. Many counties in several states are available from 1800-1850. Census Books of prints of the original census schedules. Costs range from about $5 to $60 depending on the number of pages. CD's are also available for $.75/census page with a $20 minimum.
