5. Names are hard to read on the B pages due to what looks like water stains.
6. Birthplaces are hard to read on the A pages due to what looks like water stains
7. Township or District are not recorded except on page 1 of Enum. Dist. 68
8. Pages 392A thru 399B are so badly water stained they can hardly be read.
9. Birthplaces that are blank were not recorded or can't be read due to water stains.
