There were some difficulties in distinguishing between T, J, F, L, and S in the old handwriting. Most of the material was legible, but there were some faded or dark pages. In some cases, the person(s) who copied the pages to the microfilm separated districts and even families. In such instances, a cross-reference has been noted under REMARKS. On page 528a, lines 28, 29, 30, the enumerator listed three boarders omitted from page 526b (handwritten page 2). The notation of the enumerator, which is recorded on lines 26 & 27 reads: "By mistake in not being reported in * boarders in family 13, page 2." Some names were spelled more than one way, such as Gibson/Gipson, Taylor/Tailor, or McGinnas/McGines. To confirm any of the information about your family, refer to Microfilm #653-1252.
