After the book was rebound, the sheets were numbered at various times about 80 years later with both stamped and handwritten numbers. These numbers tend to perpetuate the out of order presentation of this enumeration, and when filmed the jumbled order was maintained. In this transcription the pages have been painstakingly restored to their original order and grouped in folders, one per enumerator.
