His spelling was atrocious, his writing was worse, and worse yet, he was extremely inconsistent. We made a lot of notes in the note field on the side. There were some obvious errors and some noted as discrepancies. You can be sure that no corrections were made by us. One of the worst problems was that of someone going back and doing some tallying or figuring and writing on top of the names. Made life very difficult.
