NOTES FOR THE 1830 MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA CENSUS

1. Enumerator brought forward previous page totals to succeeding pages in 
line 1.

2. Page 110B: column total for White Aliens is incorrect. Original has 51 
carried forward from previous page, 5 more entered on this page, total should be 
56 but enumerator entered 61. 

3. Page 111B: column total for White Aliens is incorrect, due to incorrect total 
being brought forward from page 110B. Correct total should be 91.

4. Handwritten across bottoms of pages 111A & B:

"The number of persons within my Division, consisting of Five Hundred and 
Seventeen appears in the foregoing Schedule, Subscribed by me this Twenty-ninth 
day of November in the Year one Thousand eight hundred and thirty.

Theodore Owens, Assistant to the Marshal of the South District of Florida.

We hereby certify, that a correct copy of the above Schedule, signed by the said 
Theo. Owens, has been set up at two of the most public places within the Divison 
open to the inspection of all concerned.
