Townships included are: Cedar Key The First District The Second District Sandra Willis wrote this explanation concerning capital/lowercase letters: Hiram T. Mann, the enumerator, had his own style when he recorded information. There were some letters he always capitalized and some that he didn't. Just when you thought you had it figured out, then he would capitalize something that he usually wrote in lowercase, or the other way around. He did the same thing with birthplace - some capitalized and some lowercase.
